Afin d’accompagner l’équipe marketing basée à Ghent (en Belgique), nous recrutons en contrat V.I.E notre futur(e):
**International Junior Brand & Category Manager - H/F**

Contrat V.I.E - 12 mois (renouvelable)

**Rattaché(e) à l’équipe marketing « International Plant Based Food Solutions », **vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le manager marketing Retail et le manager marketing artisanal bakery.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Développement du contenu : créer des campagnes inspirantes pour notre base de clients en organisant des séances photos, en informant les agences sur les dossiers et en recherchant du matériel promotionnel.
- Gestion des produits : soutien lors des mises à jour de l'emballage et des tests d'évaluation des produits afin de définir la proposition de valeur et le storytelling de nos produits.
- Soutien aux séminaires : organisation d'ateliers attrayants et de réunions de canaux qui rassemblent notre équipe internationale, et soutien à la préparation des foires.
- Connaissance du marché : Collaborer à des projets de Consumer Market Insights (CMI) entre pays et analyser les données du marché (SAP, PowerBI).
- Gestion de projet : Participer à des projets opérationnels et durables qui font progresser notre entreprise.

**A propos de vous**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en marketing, en administration des affaires ou en gestion opérationnelle.
- Vous êtes une personne énergique, ambitieuse et motivée, prête à faire son premier ou son deuxième pas dans le monde professionnel.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation, à l'écrit et à l'oral, en anglais.
- Vous possédez une capacité de réflexion critique et d'analyse efficace.
- Vous avez un intérêt pour l'univers alimentaire.
- Une première expérience dans le domaine du marketing ou de la gestion des catégories est un atout.
