To reinforce our Sales team, we are currently looking for a** Junior Key Account Manager.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- You master customer strategies, orchestrating plans for the short, medium and long term, in close collaboration with the Senior Key Account Manager.
- You independently navigate your customer portfolio, negotiating with strategic finesse, under the guidance of your manager.
- You elevate your daily customer activities, building relationships that go beyond sales, all wrapped up in insightful business reviews.
- You mastermind a promotion plan, and manage new products and formats. You put Category & Trade Marketing programs into action to hit revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- You keep a sharp eye on the market, retail, and competitors, with a constant flow of info-sharing with Senior Sales Management and the Field Sales crew.
- You actively contribute to crafting the annual business plan, adding your own unique touch, and you ensure flawless execution of agreements with our valued customers.
- You bring your insights to the table during our commercial meetings and keep a keen eye on costs, respecting determined budget limits.
- You advise customers on optimizing both their profitability and ours.
- Next to that, you provide solid support to the Key Account Manager on the aforementioned points for our TOP 5 customers.

- You ideally possess a Master's degree in economics combined with strong analytical and financial skills.
- You look back on 2-3 years of relevant sales or marketing experience.

- You’re a skilled negotiator with a savvy eye on costs. You remain cool under pressure, and excel in both negotiation and presentation.
