**Description**:



The Project Manager:



- analyses and understands the context;
- contacts the different stakeholders on the most efficient way and explains the expected contributions to the various stakeholders and gets their commitments;
- defines the list of activities and plans them, in alignment with Subject Matter Experts;
- assigns tasks to concerned teams/people, follows them up and keeps them up-to-date;
- monitors the potential risks and issues and mitigates them;
- formalizes planning, commitments and other project related info (e.g. meeting minutes)
- presents regularly the progress and status in a clear and structured way;
- escalates issues to management;
- ensures an end-to-end coverage for coordination and delivery ;
- all in all, makes sure that the projects under his-her responsibility get delivered according to expectations

**Required experience / knowledge**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience

**Technical experience**:
Mandatory:
- Sound Project Manager experience in IT

**Preferable**:

- Knowledge of Agile Way of Working

**Business experience**:

- Mandatory:
- Experience in IT infrastructure projects
- Preferable:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure domain
