The Opportunity
McDonald’s Belgium is growing and evolving, and the Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) Specialist will act as the throughline from global and national priorities directly to the restaurant. Working with both the cross functional (impact, operations, supply chain, development, etc) and agency teams, you will be in charge of the McDonald’s experience and brand at the community or restaurant level.
**INGREDIENTS OF THIS JOB**:
In this role you will deepen connections with key audiences to deliver a culturally and personally relevant experience both online and offline. You will be part of an award winning network of global marketers, translating iconic brand assets to locally relevant messages, activations, and conversations with our customers.
As Local Restaurant Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Be responsible for connecting and leading a cross functional team to develop new store opening plans including objective setting and briefing, media plan, creative approach, and ensuring successful
- Create and recommend strong 360’ marketing campaigns to owner/operators and provide the tools to execute the campaigns in a clear, timely
- Communicate with owner/operators on a day-to-day basis to support local restaurant marketing
- Partner with agencies to translate global and national brand strategy to locally relevant campaigns at the store level.
- Steward agency partners toward delivering timely, high-quality work leveraging 1 McDonald’s Way of Marketing Principles.
- Monitor business performance, competitive activity, and market trends to find opportunities and generate creative ideas.
You are part of the marketing team reporting to the Head of Customer Engagment.
