**About the position**:
- Your responsibility lies in supporting the Sales Director and his team in order to achieve regional and yearly goals.
- On a daily basis, you are engaged in communication to representatives and agents and internal departments to support your team.
- You anticipate potential obstacles. Suggesting solutions and long-term thinking is also part of your responsibilities.
- You provide administrative support in maintaining the Master data in CRM and are the point of contact for regional forecasting and project follow-up in CRM.
- You are the contact person and planner for the sales meetings and company visits, as well as participate in sales meetings, events and exhibitions.
- You manage the price lists in Sharepoint and are the contact for regional reporting in SAP (BO) to follow up on KPIs.
- Finally, you have a close cooperation with sales support staff for other regions and you are a backup for them.
- You will report directly to the Customer Service Director.
**Make a difference**
- You have at least a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
- A first work experience within sales or customer service is an asset. You know the importance of a fast and accurate customer service.
- You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of Russian and/or German is a plus.
- You are fluent in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and preferably have experience with CRM and SAP.
- You are well organized and accurate.
- You are customer and solution oriented and can adequately respond to customer needs.
- You dare to think along and take initiative with respect for your colleagues.
