- As a country BE talent & development manager you are responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent within Belgium. Together with your team of learning & development & recruitment specialists you act as trusted advisors on key talent related HR processes, and you connect people to opportunities across divisions and sites. You contribute to internal mobility and employee growth within Etex. In your role you will work in close collaboration with local HR partners. Your challenge:
**Talent**
- You drive key processes related to talent management including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, performance cycle, talent review and talent assessments.
- You assess, evaluate and drive actions to ensure a robust succession plan for the business.
- You support the business to meet its future resourcing needs,If necessary, you will support the recruitment team in the search for new colleagues.
- You manage the full talent acquisition processs incl. talent sourcing, internships, employer branding,

**Learning & Development**
- You gather business needs and translate this into training plans, managing the end-to-end process of countrywide training initiatives as well collective and individual trainings, workplace training and official attestations.
- You identify and establish relationships and contracts with external suppliers/ providers and ensure vendor harmonization across sites.
- You are responsible for identifying, securing and managing local funding/subsidies available for training activities and qualifications.
- You ensure training records are maintained to meet the ISO standards (as required) and local legislative needs.

**Process Enablement**
- You are the driver of local talent & development processes in which you will train and supports Regional HR & Leadership teams on processes and systems in the domain of talent management and learning and development.
- You report Country Talent & Development KPI’s on a regular basis.

**Who we are looking for**
- You combine a university degree in organisational psychology or business administration with experience in a people/talent development related role.
- You have an expertise in different talent related processes such as recruitment, learning & development, organizational development, etc.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
- You have a high interest in HRIS tools and navigating through them as a basis for talent related processes.
- You possess a helicopter view and you are strong in planning and organizing your tasks in an efficient way.
- You are passionate about people and talent, optimistic with a positive can-do attitude. As a strong communicator you share your ideas and persuade local stakeholders towards adopting new ways of doing things.
- You are creative and open to take new paths to attract people and develop our teammates
- You can lead a team and motivate them to meet objectives. You ensure the development of your team.

**Who you will work with**
- At Etex we believe that it’s not about who I report to, or who reports to me. It’s about who I can help and who can help me. As the Country BE Talent & Development Manager your will be part of the local Belgian HR team and will work in close collaboration with your HR teammates (process, total reward, etc.) and local HR partners who are the first point of contact for the business. You will be in close contact with different internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will report to the County BE HR Lead.**What we offer**
