Basé au sein de la direction Marketing & Sales, il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec:

- le pricing manager et son équipe, coté business,
- le program manager Systems (coté business, qui a un rôle de facilitateur avec l’IT) et son équipe constituée de chefs de projets (liens business-IT), de testeurs, et des équipes chargées de la configuraton du futur PPSE,
- le reste des équipes business (marketing, vente, digitale, B2B, service après-vente, etc.)
- (au travers de l’équipe systems), le program manager IT côté Ypto, qui fera le relais avec les équipes informatiques, les fournisseurs de service et le fournisseur du logiciel,

**Responsabilités**:

- le suivi des différentes étapes du marché public (en cours)
- le suivi coté business de l’implémentation de l’outil et son intégration dans les processus existants, y compris:

- le découpage du projet en sous-projets
- la stratégie de déploiement et le roadmap
- la gestion des interconnections entre projets
- le suivi des projets et des chefs de projets (coté business) et des interdépendances IT
- le suivi de l’exercice de revue et de simplification des processus business
- le suivi du change management nécessaire auprès des équipes business
- le contrôle des plannings, du budget et des risques et le reporting vers les organes de gouvernance (réunion de projets, réunion de pilotage, stage gating, excom et gestion des stakeholders)

Wat mag je verwachten?
Il s'agit d'une mission de 400 jours, 3 jours par semaine avec possibilité de prolongation (2 sur place, 1 en télétravail)
Les bureaux du client se trouvent à Bruxelles.

Profiel kandidaat
**Voici le profil du Senior Business Manager PPSE**
- Min 10 ans d’expérience dans des projets liés au marketing et au pricing
- Expérience dans des projets comparables (installation d’un pricing engine et/ou de remplacement de systèmes des ventes backend)
- Expérience dans des projets de tailles et configurations comparables (y compris revue et de simplification des processus business, etc.)
- Fortes capacités de gestion de stakeholders
- Trilingue NL/FR/UK (parlé et écrit).
- Expertise en project/program management
