Futurgrooves is a non profit organisation, who aims to spread the “electronic music” culture.

Our main projects are The FuturGrooves Academy and The Void. With The FuturGrooves Academy, we are organising electronic music production courses and DJ classes for beginners & intermediate level. The Void is our music label and booking agency.

DESCRIPTION DE LA FONCTION

Futurgrooves est à la recherche d'un stagiaire pour rejoindre son équipe. En tant que stagiaire, tu deviendras membre d'une équipe jeune, dynamique et passionnée

Tes principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Création de contenus engageant, rédaction d’articles et de posts;
- Appliquer une stratégie de marketing digitale (communication sur les réseaux sociaux, Création / Animation d’une communauté, Développer l’image de marque );
- Création de supports de communication : documents commerciaux, PowerPoint, infographies (avec logiciels graphiques ou Canva);
- Mise en place d'un calendrier éditorial;
- Gestion du planning de la communication;
- Engager des partenariats de visibilité;
- Analyse de performance des publications pour optimiser le contenu et améliorer le taux d'engagement;
- Gérer l'envoi des newsletters à tous nos contacts de la base de données et en faire le suivi;
- Répondre aux questions des clients et les aider ou orienter vers le responsable du service.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Etudiant en Communication, Marketing ou Business développement
- Très bonne connaissance du Français, Néerlandais et l'anglais.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et aptitudes à la communication
- Autonome, proactif et capable de prendre des initiatives
- Créatif et innovant
- Sérieux et rigoureux
- Planification et organisation
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
- Adepte des médias sociaux
- Utilisation de Wordpress
- Orientation client
- Des compétences en graphisme/design sont un atout supplémentaire
- Souhait d’accomplir une expérience professionnelle et enrichissante en startup active dans le marketing et la communication.
