Als QHSE-advisor werk je samen met de QHSE-manager op de implementatie en naleving van normen en procedures op het gebied van Quality, Health, Safety en Environment.

**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Als QHSE-advisor ben je samen met de QHSE-manager verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van een nationale strategie en strikte naleving op het gebied van hygiëne, veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

- Assisteren van de QHSE-manager bij het uitvoeren van activiteiten met betrekking tot preventie, milieu en veiligheid
- Opstellen of aanpassen van risicoanalyses, procedures, veiligheidscampagnes, ISO-documenten...
- Deelnemen aan vergaderingen, waaronder de commissies voor bescherming en preventie op het werk en vakbondsvergaderingen
- Zorgen voor een goede implementatie van preventieprocedures binnen de 34 Belgische vestigingen, onder andere door coaching te geven aan lokale preventieadviseurs
- Uitvoeren van veiligheidsanalyses, interne en externe audits
- Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van kwaliteitsprocessen met betrekking tot verkeersveiligheid, preventie en milieu (in overeenstemming met de ISO39001- en ISO14001-normen die zijn geleerd tijdens interne trainingen)

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een diploma als Preventieadviseur niveau 1 (of voldoet aan de voorwaarden om dit te behalen)
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in QHSE
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een professioneel niveau in beide Engels en Frans
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om regelmatig naar verschillende locaties in het hele land te reizen (meestal Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg)
- Je bent zelfstandig, ambitieus en hebt goede communicatievaardigheden
