As the Technical Manager for Pest Control and Specialist Hygiene at Rentokil Initial in BeLux, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure high standards in service quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing pesticide materials, managing supplier and government relationships, and ensuring safe material handling. You will also develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs to enhance staff skills. With a strong background in pest biology, project management, and analytical thinking, you'll work closely with Sales and Service teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions, fostering teamwork, safety, and a customer-focused approach to support Rentokil Initial's mission of protecting public health and enhancing lives.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Lead the Technical Department for Pest Control and Specialist Hygiene in BeLux, promoting service quality and staff knowledge.
- Oversee pesticide materials and methods, manage supplier relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training programs for the service team.
- Manage and improve quality control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to enhance customer satisfaction through technical solutions.
**Qualifications** Must Have**
- University degree in Entomology, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
- Valid Driver’s License (B) and VOL VCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.

- Excellent leadership and team-motivation skills.
- Experience in developing training programs and materials.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a talent for strategic translation and implementation.
- Familiarity with IT systems supporting process management.
