We are seeking an innovative, creative, and experienced **Supply Chain coordinator **who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. iDirect is dedicated to providing next generation solutions for broadband IP networking via satellite networks. **The Supply Chain coordinator** will be part of Europe, Belgium Logistics Operation team in Global Supply Chain. The role will be responsible to support Logistics supervisor in day-to-day activities of the logistics operations, freight carrier management, and international freight/inventory movement. **Responsibilities**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Prepare documentation, freight carrier coordination, tracking and tracing of inbound & outbound shipments
- Prepare Import and export, inspection documentation
- Regular follow up with Sales admin, warehouse and factory to ensure delivery of products to customer is secured and on time
- Support planning team on inventory management and cycle count in 3PL Warehouse
- Provide regular updates on the progress and challenges in terms of product deliveries
- Support maintenance and Shipping/Receiving Team when required

Qualifications:
**Your profile and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management or have 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a high-tech environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a highly complex, technical environment and must be able to work under tight deadlines with multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational capability provided by strong analytical skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Strong organizational skills (e.g. time management, communication, setting goals, working under pressure, self-motivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail)
- Must be a self-starter with a high degree of organization skills with a ‘can do’ attitude - willing to dive into and take ownership
- Proficient with Excel, fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
- Knowledge and experience with use of a major ERP system such as SAP is preferred
