**Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je bent regisseur van het testgebeuren: je bepaalt de beste strategie om de opgeleverde software optimaal te testen in een Agile omgeving (SAFe).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het testplan en het goede verloop van de testen. Je identificeert alle testproblemen en ziet erop toe dat die opgelost geraken.
- Je ondersteunt en begeleidt de projectleider bij de organisatie van de acceptatietesten. Je traint testmedewerkers en helpt hen bij de uitvoering van de testactiviteiten.
- Je ondersteunt je interne klanten om tests en acceptatiecriteria te definiëren om zo een end-to-end testmodel (V-Model) te implementeren.
- Je hebt een adviserende stem in de go/no go-beslissing voor de inproductiestelling van nieuwe software.
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis over de voortgang en levert testrapporten af. Je zorgt ervoor dat de KPI’s op vlak van testkwaliteit worden behaald.
- Je automatiseert en onderhoudt testscenario’s. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de applicatie-beheerders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Je behaalde een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur binnen informatica.
- Je hebt meer dan 3 jaar relevante ervaring als test expert in het kader van een IT-project.
- Je hebt ervaring in een Agile context.
- Je beschikt over kennis en ervaring in gestructureerd testen, testmethodes en -technieken.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het opstellen van testscenario’s, het uitvoeren van functionele testen (unit, integratie, systeem, acceptatie) en niet-functionele testen (performantie, veiligheid, bruikbaarheid, compatibiliteit) en met de analyse van testresultaten en het opmaken van testrapporten.
- De interne klant staat voor jou altijd centraal.
- Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en houdt ervan collega’s bewust te maken van het belang van testen.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
