**Jouw taken**:
Als Project Data Analyst verzamel en analyseer je de project data over alle lopende engineering projecten heen met als doel de toegewezen portefeuille aan projecten en wijzigingen efficiënt, met de gevraagde kwaliteit en binnen budget en planning te realiseren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aggregatie van de individuele planningen en kosten van engineering tot een overzichtelijk geheel (o.a. projectleiders assisteren bij het invullen van de kostenopvolgfile per deelproject en administratieve voorbereiding MTP file voor jaarlijkse budgetcontrole).
- Je staat in voor de assetvoorbereiding. Je verzamelt data m.b.t. in-dienst-stellen of buiten-gebruik-stellen van assets naar aanleiding van projecten. Deze data lever je aan voor het assetmanagement binnen Finance (o.a. bij in-dienst-name van een installatie de gespecifieerde levendsuur, kost, etc. bepalen en aanleveren aan Accounting).
- Je staat in voor het opzetten en uitrollen van KPI-rapporteringen (o.a. het bezorgen van een leesbaar overzicht van de gemaakte kosten aan de technical manager, PMO manager en directie zowel in KPI als in details-afwijkingen onderzoeken en aanbevelingen formuleren).
- Je beheert en verbetert de templates ter ondersteuning van het geheel o.a. dashboard Engineering, kostopvolingsfile, MTP file.
- Je beheert en bewaakt de procesflow binnen engineering (o.a. nieuwelingen trainen in het proces, proces aanpassen indien nodig en uitdragen, controles inbouwen in de huidige rapporteringen, ondersteunen en begeleiden van projectleiders en anderen die de processen niet volgen).
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office pakketten (vooral Excel), project management software (SAP, Ultimo of anderen) en Sharepoint.
- Je hebt BI-kennis of Power Pivot in Excel of bent bereidt om dit aan te leren.
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor met 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van financieel projectmanagement.
- Je kan zelfstandig en punctueel werken.
- Je kan vlot Nederlands en Engels spreken en schrijven;
