Le poste d’Automation Specialist à Bruxelles pourrait vous intéresser

En tant qu’Automation Specialist, vous serez responsable de l’étude, la coordination et le suivi des projets d’automation. Vous veillerez à optimiser les installations existantes et à mettre en place de nouveaux équipements. Votre champ d'intervention s'étendra à plusieurs départements tels que la Production (Packaging, Remplissage ), la Qualité (QC) et l'Ingénierie et la Maintenance. Vos responsabilités consisteront à:

- Assurer le bon fonctionnement et le revamping de nos installations existantes. Vous interviendrez sur des équipements variés (autoclaves, lignes de remplissage, Ligne d’assemblage d’auto-injecteurs, inspection visuelle )
- Leader nos projets d’automation et d’informatique industrielle. Cela implique une planification des différentes opérations d’automation, en assurant le suivi de la performance par rapport aux objectifs, et la résolution des problèmes techniques.
- Support à l’équipe engineering, rédaction des URS, Change controls et le commissioning de nos équipements (FAT/SAT, mise en service, coordination des projets). Vous participez aussi à la qualification des installations et machines (DQ, IQOQ, PQ).
- Être le garant des normes Qualité et Sécurité pendant les projets d’automation. Cela inclut de respecter les GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), SOP (Standard of Production) et faire respecter aux sous-traitants les normes de sécurité.
- Être force de proposition sur des améliorations en matière d’automatisations et d’informatique industrielle.

**Qualités requises**

Pour ce poste,
- Vous avez un diplôme d’ingénieur automation ou d’électromécanique avec une formation en automation.
- Une solide expérience (à partir de 3 ans d’expérience) en automation industrielle. Vous maitrisez les systèmes Siemens, TIA Portal, WINCC. Vous avez déjà géré des projets d’implémentation IT industrielle.
- Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un milieu aux standards d’hygiène rigoureux (production pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire, cosmétique )
- Vous êtes capable de comprendre et de vous exprimer en anglais (oral et écrit).
- Vous avez un très bon relationnel: vous appréciez, êtes capable de nouer et de cultiver des relations avec des interlocuteurs variés sur le long terme. Vous appréciez et savez travailler en équipe.

**Notre Département**

Vous reporterez à notre Senior Engineering Manager. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Sr Automation Engineer sur la partie revamping et les projets d’automation. Vous collaborerez régulièrement avec nos équipes internes (Qualité, Production, Maintenance, Ingénierie).
