About the Role
The Risk Management Specialist identify and analyze potential sources of loss to minimize risk, estimates the potential financial consequences of an occurring loss, develops and implements controls and cost-effective approaches to minimize the organization's risks as well as assesses and communicates information regarding business risks with functions across the organization.
Education
University degree or equivalent
Experience
At least 5 years experience in similar environment, and at least 2 of which involved budget management.

Key responsibilities
01. Prepare year-to-date monthly business/project/financial reports for one or more divisions; identify key messages and prepare clear communication for division head. "
02. Manage projects of low to moderate complexity in close liaison with all relevant departments and to company E2E project management guidelines.
03. Prepare less complex cost/benefit analysis that supports sound business decisions.
04. Identify analytical solutions in area of business expertise. Participate in the preparation of senior management presentations, including IDB Investment Decision Board, Executive Steering Group.
05. May prepare annual budgets and forecast more than one or more moderate to complex Planning Unit(s). Identify and communicate issues that arise.
06. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and support to the business. Lead the implementation and communication of less to moderately complex changes and processes to all budget holders within division.
07. Develop and maintain working knowledge and understanding of key business drivers and strategy for area of expertise.
