**Your Responsibilities**
- As Project Development Manager (f/m/d) you develop customized energy solutions to decarbonize production sites of large industrial customers, typically using a BOO (Build, Own & Operate) model
- You handle project acquisition, conceptual design, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and the final investment decision, including signature
- You independently prepare proposals and conduct contract negotiations, collaborating with the necessary teams to align input with other departments to ensure effective and timely delivery
- You are responsible for developing and overseeing the business development strategy and asset-based sales pipeline
- You identify new opportunities and establish strong customer relationships in the Benelux region
**Your Profile**
- Academic degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, energy economics or economics with a technical background
- Experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of business and/or project development, preferably in on-site energy solutions, at high quality standards regardless of complexity in an international environment
- Technical-commercial optimization of solutions as well as the ability to connect the technical, commercial and legal aspects of the projects (thermodynamic knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team and independently, willingness to take initiative and a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Business fluent in English and Dutch is a must
