Hub Coordinator

Whether it's salads in Stuttgart or Belgian fries in Brussels, food-lovers place millions of orders with us every single week. For our customers, the process begins with opening our app or heading to our website - and ends with them enjoying the delicious dishes they love.

**Your role**:
The Hub Coordinator ensures smooth execution of operational responsibilities within our Scoober Hubs, supervised by the City Operation Manager and Senior Courier Coordinator. The Hub Coordinator has expertise in the tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the hub. The Hub Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to, the following topics:

- Compliance, Health & Safety: Accident report, Drivers compliance with equipment & Absences report
- Vehicle fleet: Fleet Management tool management, Broken bikes report, Equipment and vehicle inspections and safe handling of batteries.
- Facility: Hub activities, Stock management, Hub maintenance, Scanning of equipment, Equipment maintenance
- Drivers communication: Onboarding of new drivers, Shift Start, First shift
- Communication with LiveOps

**Can you deliver**

Here's what we are looking for from our Hub Coordinators:

- You are flexible to work on weekends and in shifts between 09:00 AM and 11:00 PM and on public holidays
- you are able to work 5 times per week in the Hub in Leuven
- First experience In a operational environment is a plus
- Fluent english skills (written & verbal), dutch is a plus
- You are responsible for all the equipment in the hub, that's why you need to be a natural leader who can communicate in excellent way
- Next to that your are able to work structured
- You are highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment
- You are a good team player
