(Marketing Communications) Account Director
**Responsibilities**:
- You know better than anyone how to build a strong customer portfolio and you ensure satisfied customers.
- You regularly meet new customers and act as the liaison between them and the management team.
- You are more than a project manager. With pleasure you dive into a briefing, plan of action, devise and write down your strategies and plans. You also take care of the customer presentation.
- You make sure the customer, the internal teams and external service providers are all at the same page at every stage of the project.
- An eye for detail You ensure that our projects are in accordance with the customer's brand guidelines.
- You ensure that projects run smoothly: you monitor the budget, planning and agreed deadlines.
- If problems or delays arise, you do the necessary.
- You are not averse to ultimate responsibility: you deliver the completed project to the customer and exceed expectations.
- You draw up annual plans and thus (pro-actively) attract new assignments from customers.
Profile
- You are a born communicator and are able to collaborate with our client(s) at a senior level.
- You already have at least 3 years of experience as an account manager within an agency (advertising or content marketing) or in a related position.
- You are a strategic thinker with a passion for business, marketing, creativity and performance.
- You have extensive experience in bringing marketing strategies to life.
- You’re experienced in both online and offline media.
- You have experience with drawing up a budget.
- You have a positive outlook on life and you are a real people person.
- You have a sharp negotiating talent
- You have nerves of steel and meet the tightest deadlines.
- You speak Dutch, French and English.

- Monday to Friday

- Brussels: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
