Voor een KMO in omgeving Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we dringend op zoek naar een allround sales support. Het betreft een firma in de medische sector, met dynamische werksfeer.
Onze klant is een sterk groeiende speler binnen de medische sector, gelegen in Heist-op-den-Berg.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Je staat in voor het verwerken van de aanbestedingen: je verzamelt de nodige info, coördineert dit proces om een juiste documentatie te garanderen
- Je volgt de dagdagelijkse mails op en zorgt voor een snelle, klantgerichte service
- Je verwerkt dagelijkse bestellingen en orders in het systeem
- Je denkt mee met de firma en staat ervoor open om ook bij te springen bij customer service, HR, Office Management, organiseren van evenementen op kantoor,
Jouw profiel:
- Je beschikt over een bacherlorsdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands alsook een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans
- Je beschikt over goede computerskills en staat administratief sterk
- Je bent hands-on en stressbestendig
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en je haalt voldoening uit het structureren van je eigen takenpakket
