**Social Media Community and Engagement Specialist **
Along with a passion for social media and communications, you will be knowledgeable and experienced in managing social media channels (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) and will understand how to optimise these channels to achieve business objectives.
**In this role you will**
- Develop and execute overall social media strategy
- Set up and maintain all social media channels as well as the workflows and policies around social media communication
- Drive and manage growth campaigns through social media
- Lead on all community engagement across brand social media channels and community events
- Work closely with key digital and marketing team members to produce written content to drive traffic to our social media channels and drive awareness
- Manage social media content creation. Plan and deliver quality content that uniquely resonates with our audience
- Edit, publish, and share content that builds impressions and engagement and generate more meaningful conversations with key audiences, increase followers, and increase our brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including customer support and product teams to manage customer communications and address feedback through social media channels
- Be reactive. Keep your finger on the pulse to make sure we jump on relevant trends
- Measure your performance - know what works and why so your plans evolve with time
- Develop reports, analyse and optimise both organic and paid activity, with a 'test, learn and refine' approach to future improvements.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Solid experience in Social Media management and content creation
- Previous experience with building and running community programmes
- Knowledgeable and savvy with the latest social media trends and tools - ideal if you are familiar with Web3 Community Management.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with reporting experience.
- Experience with paid media channels
- Experience with social media analytics and management tools
- Experience building and executing multi-channel social media marketing strategies
