Your Mission
IT Service Continuity Management
You act as the central coordination point/lead for all matters related to IT resilience.
You identify, analyze, manage, and report on risks related to IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and maintain visibility and awareness of issues and improvements. You assess IT resilience and disaster recovery readiness and obtain service recovery assurance from external service providers.
You identify requirements, constraints, tasks, and deliverables related to service continuity in project planning and operations activities. You align ITSCM with the business resilience requirements and provide expertise in service continuity and disaster recovery to achieve business objectives.
You create awareness/training actions/sessions/communications related to ITSCM.
Information Security and Risk Management
You participate in the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). You define policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. You monitor and report on implementation and progress. You participate in information security awareness initiatives.
You provide tactical advice on information security for IT and non-IT projects. You coordinate and track projects and initiatives within the CISO organization.
You handle information security or cybersecurity incidents and coordinate forensic activities.
You monitor the daily operations of the CISO mailbox.
You participate in the definition, organization, and enforcement of information risk management policies, standards, and procedures. You maintain the information risk register. You actively conduct information risk analysis (business impact assessments, threat, and vulnerability assessments).
IT Risk Management
You identify, analyze, report, and follow up on IT risks, with particular attention to ITSCM risks. You maintain the risk register and handle management reporting.
You contribute to the integration of IT risk management processes into existing business and IT processes.
In all these areas, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders, the Data Protection Officer, business continuity process owners and champions, and internal auditors.
Your Profile
3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field of IT service continuity, risk management, and information security.
Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO22301, ISO2700x, ISO31000, NIST, COBIT5, ITIL, etc.
Extensive knowledge of information processes and technologies.
Knowledge of security architectures and controls. Understanding of infrastructure resilience (data center, GCP, and Azure IaaS, PaaS).
Experience in managing and overseeing security at external service providers.
Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.
Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Project and change management skills.
Customer-oriented and able to act in alignment with the organization.
**Certifications**: BCI, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are a plus.
Fluent in speaking and writing Dutch or French. However, you have a good understanding of both languages.
