Our EMEA Human Resources team is supporting the entire organization to improve your employee experience at each impactful moments working at Terumo.
The Business Units / Support Functions / Countries’ managers and employees can count on our HR Managers and HR Business Partners to attract, develop and retain our associates of today and tomorrow.
Our People Solutions team is developing with passion products and expertise (using HR analytics) to foster an open and inspiring culture and to create challenging development opportunities in your career journey.
When it comes to HR administration related topics and the HR systems, our People Experience team will help you find the answer you’re looking for or will guide you to find it.
**Job Summary**:
For our HR team in Eschborn we are looking for a passionate working student to support the team of 3 HR experts on all aspects of the human resources department
Up to 20 hours per week in the office in Eschborn, starting as soon as possible
You will be responsible for providing and maintaining an effective and efficient HR service to the organisation, the employee lifecycle and will be key to ensuring that our associates are supported and valued.
You will support the HR team members in various HR processes like on
- & off-boarding, mobility and employee relations and you will ensure data quality in the HR systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating Reference letters and documents
- Filing, scanning and uploading of HR related documents
- Involvement in the local projects, e.g. movement to new office
- Organize preventive examinations
- Organize Medical Device Consultant training
- Participation on EMEA wide HR projects
**Profile Description**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of IT with Microsoft office skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
