- Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Team Coordinator Retention pour renforcer nos équipes.
**Ta fonction**:
- Tu es responsable de la gestion, de l'organisation et du contrôle quotidiens du département rétention.
- Tu guides ton équipe (+/- 15 employés) pour atteindre les objectifs fixés (qualitatifs & quantitatifs).
- Tu fixes les priorités en fonction de la charge de travail et établis les horaires de travail, en collaboration avec le planificateur.
- Tu prends des mesures pour améliorer continuellement la productivité et l'efficacité.
- Tu motives ton équipe, tu la soutiens dans son développement et tu assures un coaching.
- Tu orientes les processus et fais des propositions pour optimiser le service aux clients.
- Tu adaptes le workflow des campagnes de marketing et assures le suivi et l'information de tous les employés du département.
- Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les différents services du département commercial et reportes au responsable du service clientèle.
**Ton profil**:
- Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur et possédez au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un centre d'appels ou de contact, un service de fidélisation,...
- Tu es un people manager au franc-parler, avec une expérience de la gestion et de l'encadrement d'une équipe.
- Tu possèdes un haut niveau de perspicacité analytique.
- Le dynamisme, l'esprit pratique et la résistance au stress sont des atouts importants.
- Tu as une très bonne connaissance du français ou du néerlandais. Tu as une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
