**Functie**:
Als Service Planning Coördinator sta je in voor volgende taken:
- Je overziet en coördineert alle service verzoeken en beheert post-installatie verzoeken afkomstig uit verschillende systemen (zoals Service Now, Ultimo, ECSC, Customer portal...)
- Je behandelt de administratie mbt installatie en deïnstallatie van Cross connects / Cloud connects, Migratie, Multi-home en Pre-Cabling
- Je bewijkt de Service Level Agreements en je verzorgt de rapportages
- Je onderhoudt contacten met het lokale management, klanten, leveranciers en consultants
- Intern werk je nauw samen met de interne Customer Service, Facility en Finance
- Extern heb je vooral contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers
**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
- Je hebt ervaring als technicus in een (elektrische of industriële) kritische omgeving (bv. volledige continue organisatie), in een internationaal bedrijf
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels
- Kennis van datacenters is een pré
- Kennis van Sales force en Service now is een pré
- Je hebt ervaring met projectplanning/planning en rapportage
- Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, je bent een goede communicator met alle niveaus van het bedrijf (personeel en klanten)
