**We are currently offering a Business Analyst internship/studentjob opportunity for a driven student to gain valuable, hands-on experience in analysing market trends, customer needs, and product performance related to our BricsCAD design software.**
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Analyst to drive data-driven insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing the BricsCAD product offering and meeting customer agreements.
Your responsibilities include
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, and challenges within the manufacturing industry, specifically focusing on Fabrication of Building Elements (BIM).
- Preparing, conducting and documenting customer/partner interviews. Also document workflows to identify areas for product improvement and optimization.
- Assist in preparing interview reports, presentations, and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings aligning with Business Analyst.
- The end goal is to deliver comprehensive presentation and report for the allocated project.
- Perform additional duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support project objectives and organizational needs.
**Is this you?**
- You are currently following a Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- You can join us at a quick notice and are able to commit for a period of 12-weeks on a part-time basis (8h to 16h/week). At least 1 day/week office presence is required.
- Through other internships, work experiences or any of your academic or personal projects, you are able to demonstrate superb skills in collecting, organizing, analysing, and interpreting software product and market data.
- You are preferably familiar with CAD/Design software.
- You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- You are proactive and passionate for technology, software development and innovation in the design industry.
- You are fluent in English. Dutch or German is a strong asset.
