**Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the Global Data & AI division, empowering organizations with end-to-end data solutions. Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities in data engineering, predictive analytics, and AI-driven automation. Align Cegeka's data offerings with customer needs, ensuring scalability and measurable impact.
- ** Global Operations Management**: Oversee and coordinate activities across regions, ensuring seamless delivery of data warehouses, dashboards, and AI models. Lead operational excellence initiatives, focusing on integration and efficiency across projects and departments. Ensure compliance with international data regulations, such as GDPR, and uphold the highest standards of data security.
- ** Market Expansion**: Spearhead global market expansion efforts, leveraging Cegeka's expertise in data modernization and AI-driven decision-making. Foster partnerships with global customers, technology providers, and stakeholders to strengthen Cegeka's market position.
- ** Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing global team, fostering innovation and collaboration in the fields of data governance, AI, and machine learning. Promote a culture of accountability, servant leadership, and continuous learning.
- ** Financial Management**: Own the financial performance of the Data & AI division, driving revenue growth and profitability. Evaluate opportunities for investments and acquisitions in new technologies and markets.

**What you need to succeed**:

- A minimum of 12 years in senior leadership roles within a global organization, with proven expertise in Data, AI, and business transformation.
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire teams and build strategic relationships.
