As **Business Performance & Development Manager **you will lead an international Business Performance and Development team and will play a pivotable Role further developing the organisation, helping to define and deliver the E&M Business Performance, Digital and Sustainability strategies, and objectives.

As the Business Performance and Development Manager you will lead two dedicated teams of AMOS Systems specialists, project / process improvement managers, and data analytics engineers. Bringing a strategic vision to the E&M Digital Journey, direction, and guidance as well as clarity and governance to the E&M Systems and Data Management Landscape.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Drive the E&M Digital and Sustainability roadmaps focusing on: Improved Data management and analytics, Digitalization, Systems and Process optimization including AMOS and Document Control systems, in close collaboration with the key stakeholders and in line with E&M objectives.
- Steer and deliver key digital projects and report project progress and status to the ELT and management teams.
- Driving the development of systems automation and the use of AI and Machine Learning to introduce and improve smarter Management information.
- Drive / support the process and systems alignment across all regions in close cooperation with the E&M leadership team.
- Drive and coordinate the implementation of new Technology and Process Improvement innovation.
- Drive and coordinate the E&M sustainability roadmap in close collaboration with the TUI Airline sustainability team.
- Ensure consistent on time delivery of all projects, maintaining targets with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Continually push boundaries, challenge the norms, and drive for the next level of Business Performance in each E&M Workstream.
- Maintain appropriate and efficient departmental policies and procedures.
- Manage and further develop relationships and interfaces with relevant internal stakeholders across E&M, SM&P, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, and the Airline.
- You will also deliver strategic projects and initiatives as required by the Head of AABM

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 8+ years’ international experience in a Project Management, Data analytics or process optimization environment, preferably in the Airline Maintenance Industry.
- Demonstrating creative and innovative Leadership with a proven track record for delivering results and meeting objectives.
- Strong organisational and communication skills able to convey ideas to varied audiences and with the proven ability to influence and gain support and commitment.
- Proven leadership experience and a strong ability to motivate others.
- Strong Problem Solving, IT and analytical skills.
- Proven Lean and Agile Project Management skills and experience.
- Able to work well in a matrix Management environment.
- A Good working knowledge of engineering enterprise systems such as AMOS, Aircraft Technical Maintenance Document Control Systems, and Regulatory Process and Procedures.
- Preferable knowledge in Lean and agile project management as well as multi project management and joint Team Problem solving techniques.
- Ability to operate within a virtual airline in a pan-European arena, with multiple customers and stakeholders across a range of source markets.
- Ability to travel within Europe frequently.
- Holding a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in relevant discipline
