As Automation Architect, you will work in the Digital System Team, a group of experts handling some specific technical topics at Solution level in the Digital domain.
The automation framework is centralized in **Jenkins **except for the mobile app which runs in **GitLab CI**.
The following tasks will be on your radar (in collaboration with **Automation Lead**):

- Follow up automation at Solution Level (for Digital domain)
- Report automation operations (what runs, which defects have been found )
- Co-organize Test Automation Community of Practices (CoP)
- Foresee Vision & Planning for Digital Automation
- Deliver frameworks to support automation in different areas
- Provide support to the individual release trains for blocking topics
- R&D, implement new features/architectures/frameworks
- Integrate automation in **CI/CD pipelines**

Define & sign off on processes & methodologies

The following technical skills are required:
Strong technical skills in the technologies we are using:

- General Knowledge **:Java**, JavaScript, Angular, React Native, SQL, Target Process, Jenkins, Git, Gitlab & Gitlab CI, Openshift, BrowserStack, Web technologies: HTTPS, REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML
- Automation Frameworks : Cypress, Appium, Postman/Newman
- Strong lead/Management skills: Following up, Reporting, Support & Coaching, Organize workshops, Soft Skills & Communication

Generic Functional skills:
Telecom domain expertise like Ordering, Servicing, Cockpits, What is the mobile app, What is EBU

- 1060 Sint-Gillis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
