SharePoint Solution Expert (EN + FR + NL)
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid - Minimum 2 days/week onsite)
Contract Type: Permanent
Languages Required: Dutch, English, and French (C1 minumim)
**About the Role**:
As a SharePoint Solution Expert, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing existing SharePoint solutions within the organization. Your focus will be on ensuring high quality, performance, productivity, and security while collaborating closely with business users to optimize solutions in SharePoint (On-Premise/Online) and Microsoft 365 environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Analysis & Solution Design
- Facilitate workshops with business users to gather requirements.
- Document business needs and map solutions using SharePoint (On-Premise/Online) and M365 tools.
- Develop technical specifications for custom developments.
Implementation & Deployment
- Configure, test, and validate SharePoint solutions with business users.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Document both functional and technical aspects of implemented solutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct key-user and end-user training sessions.
- Deploy solutions in the production environment while ensuring seamless integration.
Maintenance & Support
- Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance of SharePoint solutions.
- Provide third-line support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
**Required Skills & Expertise**:
Expert-level (5 years) proficiency in:
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Microsoft Power Apps
- SharePoint Architecture & Intranet Solutions
Confirmed experience with:
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Nintex Forms & Nintex Workflow
- PointFire & JungleDocs
- ShareGate Migration
- SharePoint 2019 & SharePoint Online
