As an Area HR, you are responsible to drive HR topics across an area of +/- 20 stores in the South of Belgium & Luxembourg. By doing this, you will be supporting Sales & Profit as well as defining and implementing an HR strategy. Our goal is always to achieve a Fantastic Customer Experience
You ensure that your area actively works on these following topics based on results, values and leadership:
- Succession planning
- Talent and leadership development
- Structured performance management
You will also ensure the following to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues:
- that we offer fair and attractive terms of employment to all employees and
- that responsibilities relating to employee relations, legal requirements and H&M policies are met
ATTRACT, RECRUIT AND INTRODUCE
You guarantee that we have the right people in the right place.
- You manage and analyse the future needs of your area, including staff rotation and expansion, for all store functions.
- You take action and ensure that the needs of the area are systematically met.
- You implement, facilitate and monitor qualitative recruitment processes in line with our Global Policy on Diversity, Inclusiveness and Equality
- You make sure there is no unconscious bias during the recruitment process in the stores of your area.
- Together with the area team, you plan and organize the introduction training for the Store Management Teams, you make sure they take place and do the follow up.
- Together with Store Management, you ensure that all Sales Advisors for your existing and new shops receive the Introduction Training and do the follow up
- Together with the area team and the Store Managers, you follow up and evaluate HR KPIs and initiate the resulting actions to support the business
LEARN AND DEVELOP
You facilitate and support quality leadership and ensure that our employees have the opportunity to grow and develop.
- Together with the area team you support and ensure that the Store Management team works with structured performance management for all employees in the shop.
- Together with the Area Manager, you ensure that all employees in your area receive an annual dialogue and regular power talk son their performance and a clear development plan or action plan to make progress.
- Together with the Store Managers and the area team you take care of the follow-up of the development plans in your area. You map out the succession planning for your store, actively support your Store Managers in developing their teams, ensuring that they are working on developing talent and leadership. Always ensure this follow up.
- You keep an overview of the talent list with internal talent in your area and support the Country organization to meet their need for talent.
- You monitor and analyse the training needs in your area and organize and facilitate training together with Support Office HR.
- You guarantee the quality of the trainers and training in stores in your area and ensure that the number of trainings meets the need, together with Support Office HR
- Together with your area team and the Store Managers you take care of the follow-up and evaluation of HR KPIs and initiate adequate actions that support the Sales & Profit results in your area.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
As an Area HR, your work will be organized between office work and you will visit different stores across the South of Belgium and Luxembourg on a regular base.
