De gegevens die voor elke emittent in de portefeuille moeten worden beheerd, nemen exponentieel toe. De noodzaak om rekening te houden met ESG-gegevens speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. **Er staat jou dan ook een boeiende en uitdagende functie te wachten.**

Dit team maakt deel uit van het departement Asset Management bij Ethias, een toonaangevende institutionele belegger met 17 miljard euro aan financiële activa onder beheer. Gelet op deze cijfers moeten we een enorm aantal datapunten beheren en controleren zodat deze gegevens in de verschillende waardenketens kunnen worden gebruikt voor regelgevende en boekhoudkundige reportings, aan onze klanten en aan het management.

Als Data Analyst beheer je alle brongegevens die verband houden met de beleggingsportefeuille en zie je toe op hun kwaliteit, sourcing, gebruik en permanente verbetering.
**Jij bent de business referentiepersoon** voor zowel de gegevensarchitectuur in Asset Management als de data. Je speelt ook een actieve rol bij het waarborgen dat de verschillende signaletiekgegevens compleet zijn, waaronder niet-beursgenoteerde gegevens (d.w.z. gegevens die niet rechtstreeks door onze leveranciers van marktgegevens worden aangereikt).
Je staat in voor het aanleveren van nieuwe gegevens voor de verschillende regelgevende reportings: Solvency II, met name bij het actualiseren van de EIOPA- en IFRS-taxonomieën, en de regelgeving over duurzame financiering (SFDR maar binnenkort ook CSRD/ESRS).
Tot slot ben je betrokken bij transversale projecten binnen het Asset Management en bij het opzetten van verschillende formats voor het uitwisselen van informatie met de fondsbeheerders om zo onder meer te voldoen aan de behoeften qua transparantie van gegevens voor deze fondsen.

- een universitair diploma heeft, zoals Informatica (een specialisatie in gegevensbeheer is een pluspunt), Wiskunde, Statistiek, Economie...;
- al ervaring hebt in Asset Management, meer specifiek op het gebied van financieel gegevensbeheer ;
- zowel in teamverband als autonoom kunt werken ;
- doelstellingen binnen de vooropgestelde termijnen bereikt ;
- efficiënt en constructief communiceert, waarbij je de belangrijke punten in de kijker zet en erin slaagt een oplossing te vinden voor problemen ;
- bereid bent jouw kennis uit te breiden en te updaten via permanente opleiding (intern en/of extern) ;
- beschikbaar en flexibel bent ;
- volledig vertrouwd bent met Office (Excel, Word) en kennis hebt van BI-tools (Microstrategy). Kennis van programmeertalen is een pluspunt ;
- een zeer goede kennis van het Frans of Nederlands hebt, met daarbij een professionele kennis van het Engels.
