Ethias Ventures' mission is to develop the activities of Ethias by offering new innovative services, and to target promising European insurtech start-ups that already provide mature products in the fields of mobility, health, housing, prevention, energy, climate,...

The Venturing scope at Ethias includes both the management of (a) dedicated European investment fund(s) as the creation of the business collaboration between European start-ups and the entities of Ethias group.

As Head of Venturing, you are mainly accountable for the strategy, implementation and management of the Ethias Venturing initiatives to support the medium-term business strategy of Ethias:
1: Corporate Venturing strategy

2: Execution of Corporate Venturing

3: Management of the active Investment aFund (aka ‘Ethias Ventures’)

4: Corporate-start-up collaboration within Ethias group

5: Venturing Team manager (in Ethias SA)

6: Board Member of the active investment fund for Corporate Venturing (aka Ethias Ventures)

You have at least 7 years’ experience in a similar position
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are pragmatic and know how to steer projects

You have a good dose of creativity and vision
You have an excellent analytical mind and are able to take a comprehensive approach to problems
