Then you are the PEP Expert we are looking for to strengthen our Supply Management team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a strong working relationship and dialogue within Supply Management to ensure right focus and improvement in line with defined strategic plan
- Understand and describe the different Supply Management related business requirements
- Analyze, improve and simplify end to end business processes, map and document
- Gather input from relevant stakeholders to continuously drive process and performance improvements, securing consistency and safeguarding efficiency
- Keep processes, routines, templates, documentation, information, methods and trainings up to date and available for key stakeholders
- Set-up and maintain a Supply Management knowledge center
- Develop and drive a supplier performance management system
- Support actively different transformation projects by capturing, mapping and integrating requirements
- Build a strong network both at a country, regional and global level and participate in above country process development work and other improvement initiatives relevant for the role
- Assist the Supply Management function as interface towards internal & external audit
- You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) and have an analytical and problem-solving mindset combined with strong project management skills
- You have a 3 to 5 years’ experience as business process owner. Experience in Retail/Foodservice/FMCG environments is considered a big plus
- You have an outstanding ability to understand complex environments and distil them into simple processes and visualizations by keeping an overview at all times and drive to a synthesis
- You are facts and figures oriented and passionate about improving quality and reducing costs by standardizing and simplifying ways of working
- You are pro-active, structured, organized and delivery focused and able to build and realize a roadmap of initiatives
- You have knowledge of core Supply Management processes (strategic sourcing, source to contract, purchase to pay, performance management)
- You are able to work in a large matrix organization, can successfully influence others and build partnerships to both deliver projects and drive cultural change in an organization
- You are a team player with good communication & influencing skills. You have the ability to federate, establish links and cooperate with other roles/stakeholders (regulators, users, legal, etc.)
- You have sound commercial judgment, think critically and dispose of learning agility and resilience to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities
- You can coach, train and engage people, demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- You are computer literate with excellent use of MS Office and Visio
- You are fluent in English, French and Dutch
