En tant que **Senior Software Technical Project Leader**, vous participez au développement de détecteurs et contribuez à la croissance du portefeuille de produits de l’entreprise. Plus précisément, vous êtes **l’architecte de la solution de leurs capteurs** assurant une interaction fluide entre les différentes sous-parties. Vous **coopérez** étroitement avec vos homologues, avec le **product management** et avec le **service de gestion de projets**. Cette fonction nécessite des interactions techniques autant avec leurs clients internes qu’externes.

**VOTRE MISSION**

Agir en tant que **Senior Software Technical Project Leader** au sein de la R&D, inclut les tâches suivantes:

- Gérer le **cycle de vie complet du développement des capteurs**, depuis la conception, la définition de l’architecture, la conception détaillée, le cadrage, la coordination des ressources de développement, la mise en œuvre et les tests, jusqu’à la documentation, la livraison et la maintenance.
- **Évaluer** les **coûts** du projet et du produit, **contrôler** les **coûts** du projet et le **coût anticipé** du produit.
- Tenir un **planning** pour chaque projet, rédiger les **cahiers des charges**, les documents techniques, et le dossier de construction des produits, ainsi que **respecter les procédures**.
- **Collaborer** avec le **responsable produit** et le chef de projet pour garantir la réussite globale du projet.
- **Collaborer avec les chefs d’équipe** de l’industrialisation, des achats, de la fabrication, des ressources techniques et d’autres chefs de projets techniques pour assurer la réussite technique du produit.
- **Innover** en termes de produits, de technologies, de méthodes de fabrication et de processus industriel.
- Assurer la discrétion des informations techniques stratégiques et la sécurité des données internes.
- **Responsabilités d’encadrement de la conception de l’architecture fonctionnelle**.
- Travailler en **étroite collaboration** avec les **développeurs** pour gérer les attentes et définir les objectifs dans le cadre d’une **méthodologie Agile**.
- Assurer la **discrétion des informations techniques** stratégiques et la **sécurité** des données internes.

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Diplôme d’ingénieur en **électronique, informatique ou mécanique**.
- Une expérience avérée en termes de connaissances techniques (axées sur les **logiciels**) et une expérience de la **gestion de projets**.
- Expérience du développement de produits.
- Connaissance approfondie des **langages C** et **Python** (le C# est un atout).
- La connaissance des **normes de sécurité **(c.à-d. ISO 13849/CEI 61508) est un atout.
- Maîtrise de l **’anglais **oral et écrit.
- Vous aimez le travail d’équipe et avez les qualités suivantes : o Esprit d’initiative et créativité o Grande capacité à résoudre les problèmes o Adaptabilité o Organisation, structure, rigueur et méthode
