Vous êtes passionné(e) par la sécurité de l'information et souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la protection des données à caractère personnel ? Rejoignez PRIVANOT en tant qu'Information Security Officer (ISO) et contribuez activement à la conformité RGPD ainsi qu’à la sécurisation des systèmes d'information de nos clients. En tant qu'ISO, vous serez le conseiller principal en matière de sécurité de l’information, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (juristes, opérations, ), les responsables du traitement et les fournisseurs informatiques.
**Vos missions principales**
En tant qu'Information Security Officer, vous avez un rôle polyvalent et stratégique, qui se décline en plusieurs responsabilités:
**Conseil et accompagnement**:
- Vous êtes le référent au sein de PRIVANOT ainsi qu’auprès des responsables du traitement et de leurs fournisseurs informatiques en matière de sécurité de l’information découlant de la protection des données à caractère personnel.
**Documentation/reporting et gestion des incidents**:
- Vous rédigez des documents de qualité liés à la sécurité de l'information, tant pour le compte de l’organisation que pour le compte des responsables du traitement avec lesquels nous collaborons : documents nécessaires à la réalisation des audits de sécurité, politiques et procédures diverses, préparation des formations et dispenses de celles-ci ainsi que tout autre livrable nécessaire à remplir les obligations en matière de sécurité qui incombe au responsable du traitement ;
- Vous participez activement à la gestion des violations de données (data breaches) et aux analyses d'impact sur la protection des données (DPIAs).
**Développement et innovation**:
- Vous contribuez au développement de nouveaux services en matière de sécurité de l'information, tout en participant à l'élaboration de nouvelles perspectives pour PRIVANOT.
- Vous collaborez à l’établissement de la stratégie pour la profession notariale avec des entités telles que le département Infosec de FEDNOT et la Chambre nationale des notaires, pour assurer la sécurité dans les études notariales, en tenant compte des lignes directrices européennes et du code de conduite des notaires.
**Formation et sensibilisation**:
- Vous préparez et dispensez des formations pour sensibiliser les équipes internes et externes aux enjeux de la sécurité de l'information.
- De manière proactive,** **vous fournissez des recommandations en matière de sécurité de l'information, à la fois pour PRIVANOT et pour les responsables du traitement avec lesquels nous collaborons.
**Quel profil recherchons-nous ?**
Afin de mener à bien vos missions, vous devez notamment:
- Disposer d’un bachelier ou d’un master en informatique ;
- Avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire liée à la sécurité de l’information ;
- Maîtriser le français ou le néerlandais et disposer d’une très bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale ainsi que d’une connaissance technique de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
- Disposer d’une connaissance approfondie des systèmes techniques et des normes de sécurité de l’information (ISO 27.001) ;
- Posséder une solide capacité à analyser, évaluer et gérer les risques liés aux opérations de traitement en fonction de la nature, de la portée, du contexte et des finalités desdits traitements ;
- Avoir la capacité de dispenser des formations et de sensibiliser des publics variés aux enjeux de la sécurité de l’information;
