Wist je dat het online portaal Test Aankoop meer dan een miljoen bezoekers per maand telt? Om deze enorme kans te benutten en de presentatie en verkoop van onze producten en diensten te optimaliseren, is de afdeling Marketing op zoek naar een A creative Digital Marketing Specialist.**Over de functie**:
**Jouw uitdaging**:
Samen met je collega's en het management:
- Je neemt actief deel aan het bepalen van de digitale strategie die moet worden toegepast op owned media (portaal/social media/app/...), communicatiekanalen en paid media.
- Je overziet en ontwikkelt marketingacties en online campagnes voor verschillende doeleinden: van directe acquisitie, lead generation, upselling, loyalty tot relatiebeheer.
- Je stelt adequate strategieën en acties voor, implementeert en beheert online campagnes en levert input voor het algemene marketingplan.
**Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor**:
- De presentatie en ontwikkeling van innovatieve ideeën met het oog op een optimale conversie en engagement.
- Het beïnvloeden van de geschreven en multimediale marketinginhoud van het portaal, via een nauwe samenwerking met ons Editorial Department.
- Projectbeheer voor verschillende locale
- en/of groepsontwikkelingen op digitaal vlak.
- Het continu monitoren van onze online activiteiten en het bijsturen daarvan, op basis
van nieuwe inzichten.
- Een duidelijke rapportering van de resultaten en analyse voor eventuele optimalisatie.
- De budgetopvolging van al uw campagnes om een goede ROI te verzekeren.
- Het creëren van een sterke know-how over hoe affiliates werken en hoe ze te beheren.
- Een goede samenwerking met interne en externe partners (agentschappen,...).
**Over jou**:
- Je hebt een Bachelor in Marketing, communicatie (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als digital marketeer in B 2 C, bij voorkeur in een digital agency of bij een utilities provider.
- Je bent tweetalig FR/NL met een sterke kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de volgende domeinen (is een must): Analytische tools, SEO & SEA, Social Media platformen, AdWords, Conversie rate optimalisatie, Traffic Acquisition.
- Je hebt ervaring in project management met leiderschap en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent een teamworker met een hands-on mentaliteit en netwerkvaardigheid.
- Je bent creatief, out of the box denker en je hebt commercieel bewustzijn en cijfermatige vaardigheden.
- Je hebt werkervaring met mínimaal een CMS.
