- en logistieke diensten. Geen enkele plek in de wereld is buiten hun bereik.
**Jouw taken**:
- Leiden, motiveren en ontwikkelen van een operationeel customer service team bestaande uit 10 customer service agents;
- Plannen, prioriteren en verdelen van taken onder de teamleden;
- Toezien op de naleving van werkvoorschriften en KPI's en proactief aanpassen waar nodig om de klanttevredenheid te optimaliseren;
- Dagelijks samenwerken met magazijnmedewerkers aan planning, WMS-opvolging en probleemoplossing;
- Verantwoordelijkheid voor het maandelijkse facturatieproces aan klanten.
**Profiel**:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als specialist of teamleider in een customer service of logistieke omgeving;
- Affiniteit met de logistieke sector en WMS-systemen;
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Talenkennis Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als geschreven. Kennis Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste;
- Vertrouwd met het MS Office pakket, goede kennis van Excel is een must.
