Voor een snelgroeiende consultancy die zich specialiseert in accountancy, tax, audit en advisory, zoekt Pensaert & Partners momenteel een ambitieuze Senior M&A Consultant om hun vestiging in Gent te vervoegen en de CFO Services afdeling te helpen uitbouwen. De organisatie bestaat reeds +20 jaar en groeide uit tot een toonaangevende speler met een 40-tal medewerkers die verdeeld zijn over twee vestigingen.

**Hoe ziet het takenpakket eruit?**:
- Je vertaalt de behoeften van jouw klant (en stakeholders) in analytische en operationele rapporteringen.- Je voert interne controles uit.- Je werkt hoofdzakelijk aan waarderingen, fusies en splitsingen.- Je maakt hierbij de nodige rapporten en verslagen op.- Je verdedigt waarderingen bij klanten en stakeholders.- Ad-hoc bouw je een platform uit inzake digitale dienstverlening.- Ten slotte sta je in voor de uitbouw van de nieuwste CFO Services afdeling van het kantoor. Hierbij zal je op termijn jouw eigen team kunnen opbouwen.**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:
- Je behaalde een Masterdiploma Handelswetenschappen, TEW, Handelsingenieur - Je hebt 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.- Je beschikt over een flinke portie communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt geen schrik om waarderingen te verdedigen aan klanten en stakeholders.- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit en interesse in IT.**Wat bieden wij jou aan?**:
