**Duties**:
**Manages the Java Cafe-Bene Brew located at Chievres Airbase, Belgium.**
- Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- Acts as a representative of the activity to the community.
- Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage and sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines and marketing,.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A probation period of one year may be required.
- Successfully complete a health screening. Immunizations required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- In consideration of COVID-19, personnel within this area routinely wear personal protective equipment (cloth face coverings, latex gloves, and face shields) while performing their regular duties.
**Qualifications**:
- One (1) year of specialized experience in managing a food and beverage service program (business operations).
- _The experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the NF-02 level._
**HIGHLY PREFERRED**: Java Café experience.
