**Que fait un Expert Procurement Junior chez Coolblue?**

Le département Procurement achète des produits et des services utilisés par Coolblue. Cela va des vélos de livraison aux licences de softwares et des cartons bleus de Coolblue aux meilleures soirées Coolblue. Nous veillons à obtenir les meilleurs deals et travaillons en permanence avec différents départements afin de mieux gérer les fournisseurs, les contrats et les dépenses.

Afin de bien mener ces tâches, nous avons besoin d'avoir des informations sur nos fournisseurs, nos contrats et nos dépenses. Nous trouvons ces informations dans notre système de commandes interne. Il s'agit d'un type de webshop à usage interne. Vous pourrez gérer ce webshop. Grâce à vos efforts, toutes les informations seront à jour et correctes. De plus, vous apprendrez tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur le département Procurement, du processus opérationnel à la négociation des meilleurs deals. Vous travaillerez directement avec l'équipe et prendrez en charge vos propres projets d'achat. Vous vous concerterez souvent avec les fournisseurs et vos parties prenantes internes. Bien évidemment, tous vos collègues seront là pour vous épauler. Vous bénéficierez des conditions nécessaires pour évoluer dans votre fonction.

**Ce que vous vous verriez bien faire**
- Faire en sorte que notre processus d'achat soit aussi simple que possible. Vous rechercherez et mettrez en œuvre des améliorations en permanence.
- Aidez vos collègues à demander des produits ou des services qu'ils souhaitent acheter. Tu cherches toujours la meilleure affaire pour Coolblue.
- Traiter la résistance de manière amicale. Parfois, vous dites que quelque chose n'est pas possible ou n'est pas autorisé. Et vous réfléchissez toujours pour trouver une solution adéquate.
- S'assurer que tous les contrats et toutes les données sont dans le système. Cela vous permet d'effectuer des analyses fiables et de nous montrer de nouvelles perspectives.
- Être polyvalent. Vous équilibrez différentes tâches, sujets, projets et parties prenantes.

- Une formation complète dans une discipline pertinente.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et le néerlandais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
- 0 à 2 ans d'expérience et une grande affinité avec le domaine du « Procurement ».
- Grandes capacités analytiques.
- Sens commercial : vous comprenez la différence entre la valeur et les couts.
- Vous disposez d'une force de persuasion et de compétences communicatives solides vous permettant de défendre les intérêts de Coolblue.
- Vous rassemblez les parties prenantes, pesez les intérêts conflictuels et créez le consensus.
- Vous êtes précis au moment le plus opportun.
