In a full-time summer job, we’ll give you a first-hand feel of what it is like to be a part of a fast-paced and innovative team. This opportunity exceeds conventional HR student jobs thanks to our laser focus on people. Together with you, we will look at the following possible topics and discuss what your focus will be during your time at ITP
**Responsibilities**:
**Support the team in their daily, operation tasks and projects**
- You support our Talent Officer in onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- You maintain the follow up on Learning & Development initiatives.
- You assist in HR administration.
**Support our employer branding**
- You work in close collaboration with team marketing to follow up and implement new initiatives.
- You come up with fun and innovative campaigns to attract talent.
- You'll get the chance to help us organising events like Summer Academy, meet-ups,...
**Support our company culture**
- You promote and grow the company culture together with your talent and office colleagues.
***Qualifications**:
- You are currently a student.
- You identify with our core values.
- You are highly motivated to contribute to the team.
- You are punctual and discrete.
- You are interested in HR.
- Any projects you can showcase are a huge plus.
**Practicalities**:
- You’re available in July, August or September: exact timing to be discussed (preferably a minimum 6 weeks)
- You’ll partly work from home or from our Ghent, Antwerp or Leuven office

- **Experience & Growth**: You will be exposed to as many aspects of our internal processes as possible within your internship. This is the ideal way to hone and develop your professional skills.
- **Mentorship**: You will be assigned to a mentor who will guide you the way through your internship.
