**Votre nouveau rôle**
En tant que Customer Service Manager, vous êtes responsable d’une équipe de 3 CS et de votre propre portefeuille clients B2B. En tant que manager, vous encadrez et motivez votre équipe (faire des entretiens, évaluations,). Vous rapportez directement au Directeur marketing/vente et vous assurez au développement de l’organisation du département en contribuant à l’amélioration des process. En tant que Customer Service, vous gérez de A à Z les commandes de vos clients via SAP, de l’encodage de la commande en passant par l’organisation logistique, le SAV et le suivi des factures/notes de crédits. Vous traitez également les plaintes entrantes et coordonnez leur traitement.. Vous assurez également de donner un feedback précis à votre client par rapport à ses questions, ses plaintes ou son dossier. Vous contrôlez les retards de paiements. Vous introduisez dans SAP les promotions et les informations données par les Key Account Manager. Vous remplissez les dossiers de produits et de promotions et mettez à jour les documents destinés aux équipes de terrain.

**Profil recherché**
- Vous êtes bilingue français/néerlandais et vous avez une maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais.
- Vous avez déjà utilisé SAP.
- Vous avez déjà une belle expertise en tant que Customer Service Representative
- Vous avez, idéalement, une première expérience dans la gestion d’équipe
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se) avec une attitude commerciale et qui est orienté solutions
- Vous avez déjà une expérience en B2B et en gestion de commandes A à Z.
