In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verschillende vragen hieromtrent. Je optimaliseert het voorraadbeheer van onderdelen in het dealernetwerk en je helpt de dealers bij het oplossen van bevoorradingsproblemen. Je geeft training aan de dealermedewerkers over de partsprocessen zodat een vlotte doorstroming van parts van het centraal magazijn (Gent) naar de werkplaatsen verzekerd is.**Ontmoet jouw team**
Je maakt deel uit van het Parts Pricing & Support-team binnen de afdeling Service Sales & Retail. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van de Genuine Volvo en Extended Parts op de Belgische en Luxemburgse markt.

- Als Dealer Logistics Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de Volvo Stockbeheer doelstellingen.
- Je ontwikkelt een dynamisch plan per dealer om deze doelstellingen te halen, en voert ze uit.
- Je traint en coacht de partsmedewerkers van de dealers.
- Je zoekt actief naar oplossingen om back orders zo vlug mogelijk op te lossen.
- Je volgt de minder verkopende onderdelen op en handelt de buy back af.
- Je volgt de retourstroom op van de Volvo Parts & Volvo Remanufacturing Parts.
- Je rapporteert aan de Manager Parts Pricing & Support.

- Je hebt een Bachelor’s diploma bedrijfs-/logistiek/supply chain management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent creatief met oog op het vinden van oplossingen.
- Je hebt affiniteit met systemen en een goede kennis van MS-Office pakketten.
- Je bent klant-/dealer gericht, proactief ingesteld en je neemt graag het initiatief.
- Je bent flexibel, analytisch en nauwgezet.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en goede kennis van het Engels.
