**Concrètement**:
Depuis plusieurs années, Krinkels opère **une transformation digitale**. Dans un premier temps nous avons équipé nos chefs d’équipes de tablettes pour faciliter la gestion des équipes. Aujourd’hui, **tous nos collaborateurs sont équipés d’outils informatiques liés à notre propre ERP (basé sur Oracle)**.
Les Ipads sont embarqués sur les chantiers, ils permettent de faire circuler des informations rapidement et facilitent le reporting.
**Afin de répondre à un constant besoin d’amélioration, **nous avons décidé de créér une nouvelle fonction** et recherchons un collaborateur qui intégrera le département IT qui s’occupe de la digitalisation des opérations (amélioration des process, l’automatisation, IT).
**Notre futur Business Process Advisor aura pour rôle de**:
- aider et nos utilisateurs à évoluer dans l’utilisation de notre propre système ERP (basé sur Oracle) grâce auquel nous gérons l’ensemble des opérations : facturation, personnel, logistique, clients, fournisseurs, coûts
- guider nos utilisateurs dans l’apprentissage de nouveaux modules (implémentation, workshops, formations, suivi )
- accompagner dans l’innovation des processus
- rechercher les possibilités d'amélioration des processus
- participer à des projets annexes- En tant que Business Process Advisor, vous travaillez ensemble avec vos collègues IT, vous avez un rôle central entre les utilisateurs, le service automation, le service IT. _Comme c’est une création de poste, le but à long terme est de créer une cellule Business Process._
- Vous avez la possibilité de travailler depuis notre siège de Londerzeel (sur l’A12 entre Bruxelles et Anvers) ou Naninne (sur la E411, près de Namur). _
- Vous serez amené à vous déplacer sur nos sites en Belgique et à notre magnifique siège de Breda._

- **un profil à la fois analytique et communicatif**:
- une bonne connaissance d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, recherche verticale,...).
