**The future looks like you**
In this role you will be reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits - HR legal Europe.
**Please note that this role is a 1 year fix-termed contract due to maternity cover.**
**Your responsibilities**
- Serve as the legal point of contact for C&A HR teams and advises the HR team on legal matters such as employment, social security and pensions
- Assist the team on workers' council negotiations
- Manage employee disputes and litigation for leadership with or without the assistance of outside counsel, depending on the circumstances
- Help drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements
- Review and develop employee policies and procedures for the European group
- Develop and conduct training to the HR community on new regulation, compliance topics, etc
**What you bring**
- You have 3-4 years of experience in an fast-paced international organization and a completed law degree
- You are able to efficiently prioritize competing demands from many internal stakeholder
- You possess effective client-counseling skills plus strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- You have fluent written and oral communication skills in English and good language skills in either French or Dutch
