**What will your job be?**
- Coordinate **Corporate &** **Business Recruitment** **process **(Consultants, Experts, Business Developers/Recruiters, Marketing Officers ):

- Make a detailed reporting and diffuse information to the business unit managers
- Bring new ideas and initiatives to **improve the recruitment process**:

- Collaboration with Managers to define the **recruitment's strategy** **and processes **(sourcing, employer branding, communication, events management,) to raise our attractiveness

**What is a typical day like?**
- 20% of assessment of consultants (first calls and interviews),
- 50% of working on clients’ projects to identify the best solutions,
- 10% internal meetings
- and don’t forget afterworks and sunny lunches outside the Manoir with you colleagues
