- Wat is jouw rol bij HR Rail ?- We zijn op zoek naar een SAP Time Analyst om ons SAP-team bij HR Rail te versterken. Het SAP-team bestaat uit ongeveer 30 medewerkers. Hun missie bestaat uit het leveren en ontwikkelen van oplossingen en het onderhouden van het SAP IT-systeem dat de pay
- en loopbaanbeheerprocessen voor meer dan 30.000 medewerkers van de Belgische spoorwegen mogelijk maakt.- Onze SAP-oplossingen zijn uitgebreid, modern en voortdurend in ontwikkeling. Ze zijn extern verbonden via ons Fiori-portaal, onze vele interfaces en onze rapporteringstools.- Als SAP Time Analyst zijn je rollen en verantwoordelijkheden:
- deelnemen aan grootschalige projecten om de SAP TM-oplossing uit te breiden;
- bestaande SAP TM oplossingen bewaken en ontwikkelen.
- Je taken omvatten onder andere:
- gebruikersbehoeften analyseren om de informatie te verzamelen die nodig is om aanvragen te implementeren;
- deelnemen aan workshops met de business om de oplossing te definiëren;
- opstellen van documenten die de oplossing beschrijven (Blueprint);
- technische documenten opstellen voor het Development team;
- het SAP-systeem configureren;
- begeleiden en bewaken van de ontwikkeling en implementatie;
- ondersteunen van de business bij het gebruik, de werking en acceptatietesten van het SAP-systeem, etc.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als SAP Time analyst (betrokkenheid bij implementatieprojecten SAP Time module en/of applicatieonderhoud van SAP Time systeem).- Je hebt een master
- of bachelordiploma in IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring met de SAP Time module.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het aanmaken en onderhouden van cycli en schema's.
- Je kan ABAP-code lezen en debuggen.
- Kennis van andere HCM-modules is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van de integratie van tijdsbeheer in de Belgische loonlijst is een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt voldoende kennis van het Frans om een document of uitleg in het Frans te begrijpen.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je communiceert op een heldere en gestructureerde manier en past je boodschap aan je gesprekspartner aan.
- Je wordt enthousiast van verandering en ontwikkeling Je hebt een flexibele houding en kan je aanpassen aan prioriteiten.
