De directie van Business Development Life Insurance is verantwoordelijk voor alle businessactiviteiten en de marktontwikkeling op het vlak van levensverzekeringen voor alle distributiekanalen. De entiteit Compliance, AML & Data Protection Life Insurance stuurt enerzijds het antiwitwas
- en databeschermingsbeleid (GDPR) aan voor alle producten en diensten die onder de verantwoordelijkheid vallen van de directie Bank Channel and Life Insurance Development. Anderzijds fungeert de entiteit voor dezelfde producten en diensten als het gedecentraliseerde contactpunt ‘Compliance’ voor Central Compliance Office.
Voor onze entiteit Compliance, AML & Data Protection Life zijn we op zoek naar een COMPLIANCE - AML - DATA PROTECTION ADVISOR (JUNIOR).
**Dit is jouw topjob**:
- Als polyvalent adviseur maak je deel uit van Compliance, AML & Data Protection Life, een team van drie ervaren juristen bijgestaan door een polyvalent adviseur binnen de business line Life.- Je reikt voortdurend verbeteringen aan op het vlak van compliance en verzekeringsdistributie voor de business Life (alle kanalen).
- Je voert controleactiviteiten uit op bepaalde aspecten van de business Life zoals due diligence, AML, fiscaliteit, de jaarlijkse productherziening en andere thema's die Compliance Office noodzakelijk vindt.
- Je neemt deel aan de inventarisatie van relevante wettelijke ontwikkelingen rond AML en Data Protection om het management te adviseren bij het evalueren van de impact ervan op de business Life.
- Je analyseert vragen en dossiers rond AML (anti-witwas) die door de operationele teams worden doorgegeven, met ondersteuning van AML-experts binnen het team.
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij het coördineren van ad hoc/periodieke projecten en activiteiten die door het team worden uitgevoerd.
- Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van het kwartaalverslag over compliance door de relevante items te verzamelen, te analyseren, te rapporteren en op te volgen tot de implementatie.

- Je hebt uitstekende analytische vaardigheden.
- Je werkt nauwgezet, georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
- Je bent integer, je houdt het hoofd koel en je durft in te gaan tegen de gangbare mening.
- Je functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma (of hoger).
- Kennis van levensverzekeringen is een troef, net als feeling met AML en compliancekwesties.
- Ervaring met het uitvoeren van controles (kwaliteit, eerste lijn enz.) wordt op prijs gesteld.
- Je wil graag leren en nieuwe vaardigheden opdoen.
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans).
