**Unified Communication Consultant - Dstny BE - NL**:

- Als Unified Communication Consultant ben je
- **verantwoordelijk voor de technische implementatie en projectopvolging van een toekomstbestendige communicatieoplossing die alle zakelijke communicatie automatiseert en bundelt.** Daartoe richt je je volledig op de gebruikerservaring, het gebruiksgemak en de schaalbaarheid van het unified cloud communicatieplatform.Wat ga je doen?Als lid van het UC-team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het
- **beheer van end-to-end UC-projecten.**- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de relatie met klanten en belanghebbenden gedurende de volledige duur van het project.
- Je vindt het fijn om
- **on-site bij de klanten de projecten uit te voeren van A- Z.** (technisch en administratief).
- Je beheert interne en externe projecten en onderhoudt de relaties met de verschillende stakeholders.
- Je analyseert de
- **technische haalbaarheid** van de noden van de klant.
- Je neemt de klant mee in de toekomstgerichte visie op de Dstny UC oplossingen.
- Je geeft leiding aan het virtuele team om de benodigde functionaliteiten op te leveren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de
- **end
- end opvolging van de projecten.**- Je
- **configureert** de oplossingen in samenwerking met je collega's van de verschillende betrokken departementen.
- Je
- **tests** de oplossing om de
- **kwaliteit te waarborgen**.
- Je rapporteert dagelijks aan de manager UC.
- Aan het eind van het project lever je het technisch dossier af aan de klant en je zorgt voor een overdracht van het dossier naar onze support afdeling.
- Je biedt andere teams binnen de Dstny Be Group training en ondersteuning voor de UC-oplossingen.**Wat heb je nodig ?**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een
- **Bachelor elektronica, informatietechnologie** of hebt een vergelijkbare ervaring opgebouwd.
- Je hebt idealiter een eerste ervaring als
- **UC consultant in de Telecom / ICT / UC.**- Je kan klantenbehoeften vertalen naar technische vereisten.
- Kennis van
- **project-methodologieën** is een plus.
- Je hebt een
- **hands-on** ingesteldheid en bereid zelf handen uit de mouwen te steken.
- Je spreekt Engels en Frans of Nederlands.
- Een operationele gebruikskennis van
- **Microsoft Teams** is handig meegenomen.
- Je wilt deel uitmaken van een nieuwe revolutie in zakelijke cloudcommunicatie.
- Je kunt goed overweg met de
- **no-nonsense** mentaliteit van een snelgroeiende scale-up.
- Je bent een probleemoplosser met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je kan vlot verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd managen en weet onder druk deadlines te behalen.
