**Talent Acquisition & Development Manager**

**Your future job**:
As a manager
- Manage a Talent Acquisition profile at an operational level to develop their skills, support growth and evaluate the work done
- Participate in the development of HR policies by bringing innovative (but realistic) ideas and concepts on all issues related to talent management in the company
- Manage and collaborate on a range of HR projects

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Lead the development of the recruitment strategy for each position in a proactive and reactive way: publication, partners, job events, etc.
- Act as a direct partner of the HQ and gaming halls managers with the supporting of the recruitment process: definition of needs, intakes, interview support, etc.
- Actively participate in the implementation of the group's internal mobility policy

As a Talent Development Specialist
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Talent Development policy
- Define the company's training plan and monitor its implementation
- Identify, together with managers and HRBPs, the potential to be developed and set up individualised training programmes

**Who are you?**

With a background in HR and a track record in internal recruitment or agencies, you are used to managing numerous projects simultaneously. Complex structures, setting up recruitment processes, intakes for various profiles, active hunting for rare or sought-after profiles... all this is part of your daily life. Your proactivity, flexibility and energy enable you to exceed expectations and anticipate the company's needs.

You want to evolve in family-oriented group which has the ambitions of the biggest players in the market. Transforming the informal into concrete plans and actions to be implemented is not a problem for you. You can put yourself forward in order to challenge the needs expressed but also to provoke discussions on projects. You position yourself as a strategic player within the company.

In addition to recruitment, you are interested in the entire talent management process. With experience in various HR projects, you want to be involved in the implementation and optimisation of the internal mobility policy or the clear definition of a training plan with, for example, the implementation of an LMS tool.

**Some of your talents**
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Management, and concrete involvement in HR projects related to staff training
- Expertise in management or coordination of teams and/or projects
- Experience in complex structures in order to be able to support business needs, implement operational processes and collaborate with stakeholders (HRBP, managers and top management)
- You have a good (general) knowledge of the Belgian legislation
- You are preferably bilingual in French and Dutch. A minimum passive knowledge of both languages is required and you are fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, you are an open and positive person
- You are precise, rigorous and structured
- You are flexible, organised and dynamic
